Passion and tradition meet in the historic La Cantina restaurant in Medolla. Straight away, you will breathe the history of this special place because it was built inside a building dating back to the twentieth century, initially as a social wine cellar of the municipalities of Medolla, Cavezzo and San Prospero: here, production of typical Lambrusco wine was performed.
We have decided to keep the original name and to devote ourselves entirely to the preparation of typical dishes, both meat and fish, obtained using only fresh and genuine ingredients.
Today, La Cantina presents is a large, organised and tastefully-furnished building where you can enjoy history in a warm and convivial atmosphere, just like the spirit of the region!
Our restaurant is considered a historical reference for all those who wish to savour true Modenese cuisine (locals or tourists) prepared as the typical “rezdora” would do - - the mothers and grandmothers who are the custodians of tradition.
La Cantina is a place where Emilian cuisine meets true chef's experience.
