That's right: our restaurant was born to convey the spirit of our territory through the stories of its cuisine, expressed through typical Modenese recipes. Located in Medolla, in the province of Modena, we offer a wide array of choices in an elegant and familiar location, where you can also organise weddings and events.

Authentic and welcoming restaurant in Medolla

Before assuming its present form, our tavern was known at the beginning of the twentieth century as the social wine cellar of Medolla, Cavezzo and San Prospero. After a careful restoration that has managed to keep the original architectural features and style intact, the building has become the restaurant and tavern it is today; a popular destination for tourists and residents.

To keep the roots of the place intact, we decided to keep the original La Cantina name, dedicating ourselves to typical Modenese cuisine, fish specialities and to authentic and sincere recipes in general.
